All pieces are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you place the order unless expedited shipping options are chosen.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show correct status of shipment. Shipment time depends on your location and which shipment method you choose.

Mailani Gems is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are provided with a tracking number. The costumer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items & will not be refunded.
